Pearl Cotton Machine is used for producing spherical cotton product which looks like pearl by using cotton type siliconized chemical fiber. This product is mainly used as stuffing of pillow, toy, and so on. It makes pillow and toy look plump and springy. This machine can adjust size of sphericity and degree of tightness.

This machine is consisted of three main parts: Feeding part, balling up part and Delivering part. Feeding part is composed of lattice and feeding beater, driving with the buncher. You can adjust the speed of feeding. Balling up is composed of main roller and box. The main roller is made up of the board with nail, driving with the normal motor. Delivering part is composed of delivering framework and fan.
